Integrated Service Delivery (ISD)

Welcome to Washington's Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) with Co-enrollment site!

Integrated Service Delivery seamlessly address the training and employment needs of system customers: job seekers and businesses.

In Washington state, ISD with co-enrollment is a process that helps WorkSource staff and partners to better coordinate resources, organize into functional teams and seamlessly serve as many job seekers as possible, with as many programs as possible to help them meet their employment goals.

ISD with co-enrollment is a voluntary approach to the delivery of WorkSource services.  A group of local Workforce Development Councils worked with Employment Security and the State Workforce Board to develop this approach. Each local workforce area decides whether and when to implement ISD with co-enrollment. The co-enrollment process described in the materials available through this site support the enrollment of job seekers into the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I Adult and Dislocated Worker funding streams and the Title III Wagner-Peyser funding stream.  These processes also support the enrollment of job seekers eligible for other federal programs into WIOA Title I Adult and Dislocated Workers and Title III Wagner-Peyser.

This site was developed to provide those who are implementing ISD with an online location so they can access resources and share tools to help others with implementation.
