This article describes how to clear your browser's application cache, which includes cookies and offline browser data. This is a common and critical step in troubleshooting issues with online applications (such as Outlook Web Access, ETO, and other high-function web applications). The steps provided here work with all major browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari).
- Press Ctrl-Shift-Delete on your keyboard
- Your browser will let you choose a period of time from which to delete from; you should select "All Time" or the equivalent to increase the chances of success
- Close your browser
- Reopen your browser
