Workforce Services Reporting
Staff within the Data Integrity (DI) and the Data Solutions (DS) teams contribute to the Data Architecture, Transformation, and Analytics (DATA) Division strategic and operational goals by designing, developing, testing and implementing reporting solutions. These reports facilitate the use of data for decision making, so that a foundation can be set for tracking agency and partner business processes, and local, state and federal program metrics and performance measures.
The DI and the DS teams apply analytical and technical processes and methods in order to fulfill the WorkSource System’s reporting needs. WorkSource case-management system (known as ETO) data is the primary subject.
