This article describes how to update Internet Explorer's Website Data Settings to allow ETO to function normally.
- Log Off of ETO 
- Close Internet Explorer 
- Re-open Internet Explorer 
- Click the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner of Internet Explorer
- Click Internet options 
- On the General tab and under the Browsing history section, click Settings 
- Navigate to the Temporary Internet Files tab
- Click "Every time I visit the webpage" under Check for newer versions of stored pages
- Click OK
