This article describes how to update Internet Explorer's Website Data Settings to allow ETO to function normally.

  1. Log Off of ETO
  2. Close Internet Explorer
  3. Re-open Internet Explorer
  4. Click the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner of Internet Explorer
  5. Click Internet options
  6. On the General tab and under the Browsing history section, click Settings

  7. Navigate to the Temporary Internet Files tab
  8. Click "Every time I visit the webpage" under Check for newer versions of stored pages
  9. Click OK
