The Reemployment Services & Eligibility Assessment Unit provides technical support, training and quality assurance to WorkSource offices throughout Washington. The program focuses on individuals who are receiving unemployment insurance (UI) benefits, including those most likely to exhaust benefits. The goal of this program is assisting unemployment insurance claimants with returning to suitable work as quickly as possible.

RESEA Program Training
Workforce Services Division (WSD. formerly known as Employment Connections) staff are provided training to support the overall goals of RESEA, which includes ongoing intensive and refresher trainings.
RESEA Staff Support
The RESEA Program is available to all WSD staff statewide through the RESEA Staff Support channel on MS Teams. WSD field staff can refer to this channel for a variety of updates and communications.

Monthly Program Calls: Second Tuesday of each month.
Monthly program calls are offered the second Tuesday of each month to all WSD staff who deliver RESEA services. It is strongly recommended that staff attend these calls to gain insight on the most current updates on the RESEA program.
