Customer Flow Tracker
The Customer Flow Tracker (CFT) records in-person customer traffic at WorkSource offices. The data informs real-time reporting across Washington, which helps WorkSource leadership determine high traffic times and identify service patterns.

Whenever a change is made to CFT, a desk aid will be provided if it's not possible to update the training video right away.
It’s important you review each form in its entirety and reach out to your supervisor with questions.
