Customer Flow Tracker 2.0

The Customer Flow Tracker (CFT) 2.0 captures the customer traffic connected to our WorkSource staff assisted services including date, time and location associated with the employee making the entry.

This is a simplified, new and improved CFT format that focuses on in-person traffic to WorkSource locations around the state. This data will show what customer foot traffic looks like into our local WorkSource offices on a day-by-day, hour-by-hour basis. This will allow WorkSource leadership to determine high traffic times and identify service patterns. CFT 2.0 will provide the data needed for leaders to make informed decisions for on-site staffing needs based on consistent tracking.
