UI Bypass Phone - An aggregated data report for UI (Unemployment Insurance) bypass phones in a WorkSource office including the following components, summary of usage, date-based analysis, time analysis and visualization charts.

PFML - This report summarizes the efforts of Leave and Care staff in WorkSource offices to meet customer needs. It includes assistance data based on Customer Tracking Forms, which detail reasons for visits, barriers, interpreter usage, and how customers learned about in-person help. Demographic data comes from Paid Leave claims and WorkSource systems, offering insights into most customers helped and comparing them to a larger pool of recent claimants.
