System Performance Report

The System Performance Report provides a high level overview of job seekers receiving employment services from the Employment Security Department (ESD). This report is produced by the Labor Market Information and Research (LMIR) division within ESD. The report contains data on job seeker services, program enrollments, and outcomes. Data is provided on a per-quarter and rolling 4-quarter timeframe. It is organized into three tabs:

  • Seekers – Provides counts of job seekers by service type, either self-service or staff assisted. Also provides counts by service types defined by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
  • Programs – Provides counts of job seekers by program of enrollment.
  • Exiters – Provides counts of job seekers by outcomes, either employed or not employed. Employment outcome is determined two quarters after program exit. Also provides median wages over time, also captured two quarters after program exit.
