Stevens Amendment

ESD has updated the policy and practical guidance for the Stevens Amendment to align with best practices for marketing and communication. It includes a temporary workaround for ESD as well as a long-term strategy.

LWDBs are welcome to adopt this approach if it meets their needs. Alternatively, they can continue putting Stevens Amendment information on all marketing materials if they prefer.
