Services catalog 

The WorkSource services catalog reflects services available under Titles I and III of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014 and Subchapter B, Part II of the Trade Act of 1974 as amended; Sections 303(j) and 306 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 503(j) and 506; as well as services supporting various WorkSource programs. The catalog contains current WIOA and Wagner-Peyser services, deactivated services, required business services, and state-funded services administered by the Employment Security Department.

Services catalog in WA Works

All WorkSource services are integrated in WA Works. Our goal is to eliminate the need for manual lookup of services in Excel spreadsheets. However, if you need to review definitions, these resources may help:

Past services catalog

WA Works replaced ETO (Efforts to Outcomes) as our case management system in June 2026. We updated the services catalog at the same time.
