T12 Meeting Resources
T12 is an informational meeting forum, open to all staff using the Workforce Integrated Technology (WIT) systems, where we share status details and discuss technology changes or enhancements that affect system users.
The meeting focuses on:
- Communication of system configuration changes, improvements, planned maintenance, and reported Training or System issues
- Information-sharing across local Workforce Development Areas (WDAs) by providing documentation, presentations, and demos that are made available to all system users
- Providing updates to local leadership on how changes to technology will impact them
- Open-forum for collaboration and training support across all twelve WDAs
Currently, T12 meets the first Wednesday of every 1 month from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Request a meeting invitation by emailing the WorkSource Systems Support Team at esdgpwssteam@esd.wa.gov. This request will add you to the distribution list and ensure you receive an agenda and minutes for each meeting.
